These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the 88star online casino and sports betting platform, available at https://88star.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account on 88star, depositing funds, placing bets or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you ("User", "you" or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

88star is an online gaming platform designed for use by adults in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is not prohibited by local law. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and esports wagering, primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and 88star.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To create and maintain an account on 88star, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law — whichever is greater.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from any gambling platform, whether voluntarily or by operator decision.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 88star or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You understand and accept the financial risks associated with gambling and confirm that funds deposited are not borrowed or earmarked for essential living expenses.

88star reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Accounts found to have been opened by or on behalf of an ineligible person will be immediately suspended and any funds subject to review in accordance with applicable law and AML obligations.

4.1 Registration

Each eligible User may hold only one registered account on 88star. Duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of any bonus balances and recovery of winnings derived from duplicate accounts. If you discover you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 88star will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal or when triggered by enhanced due diligence thresholds, 88star requires Users to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Accepted documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid Pakistani passport. Additional documentation may be requested, including proof of address and payment method verification.

• Documents must be current and unaltered. Submitting falsified, manipulated or expired documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
• All documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal only. Do not send sensitive documents via email, unsecured chat or any third-party file-sharing service.
• KYC processing times vary. 88star does not guarantee specific completion timeframes but will endeavour to process submissions promptly.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits funded by another person's bank account, mobile wallet or card — are strictly prohibited. 88star reserves the right to withhold funds deposited via third-party methods pending investigation and to reverse such transactions.

Payment methods currently listed in the cashier may include mobile wallet options familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — as well as bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) may also be available. However, the availability of any specific payment method is determined by the live cashier at the time of transaction. None of the listed payment providers endorse or support gambling on this Platform.

Minimum deposit thresholds and maximum single-transaction limits are published in the cashier and may vary by payment method. As an illustrative example, minimum deposits may start from PKR 1,000, but the current live cashier is the authoritative source.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered in your name that matches your KYC-verified identity. 88star does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.

Before initiating a withdrawal, Users should confirm the following:

• KYC verification is complete and account status is in good standing.
• All active bonus wagering requirements have been met in full, or the bonus has been forfeited.
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable withdrawal limits.
• No active investigations, disputes or self-exclusion flags are associated with the account.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals and bet settlements are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the User has elected an alternative account currency at the time of registration, where available. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be displayed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation.

88star may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload offers, free bets, free spins and other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific offer-level terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between offer-level terms and these Terms, the offer-level terms will take precedence.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• One Bonus Per User: Each Promotion is limited to one per User, household, IP address and device, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30×" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times on eligible games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted).
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are set out in the offer-level terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the offer-level terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus balance is active and wagering requirements remain unmet may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance. The User may choose to forfeit the bonus manually prior to requesting a withdrawal.
• Minimum Deposit: Most Promotions require a qualifying deposit of a stated minimum amount. Illustrative examples used in our marketing materials (such as PKR 1,000 minimum) reflect examples only — current thresholds are always published in the live offer terms.

6.2 Abuse & Bonus Misuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to arbitrage betting on offer terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing low-risk hedging bets solely to clear wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 88star reserves the right to void bonus awards, cancel related bets and restrict or close accounts where abuse is suspected.

All bets placed on 88star are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, casino games, live casino and esports. These product-level rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted subject to available market prices at the time of placement. 88star reserves the right to limit bet sizes, void bets or suspend markets at its sole discretion, including in cases where pricing errors, data feed failures or suspicious betting patterns are detected. Live in-play bets are settled based on the final result confirmed by the relevant sporting authority.

Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are offered as sports entertainment only. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL or ICC constitute sports context exclusively. 88star has no affiliation, partnership or commercial relationship with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket franchise or team.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live casino, table games and RNG variants — are operated by third-party game providers. Applicable RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published in the game information section of each title. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures, as applicable.

7.3 Bet Settlement Disputes

All bet settlement decisions are final, subject to the operator's dispute resolution procedure. In the event of a suspected error in settlement, Users must raise a dispute within 72 hours of settlement via the live support channel. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88star Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, fraudulent or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or in violation of any anti-money laundering law.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit offer terms or game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise extract proprietary data, software, odds data or game logic from the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to cycle funds with minimal gaming activity.
• Accessing the Platform in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users of the Platform.

All content on the 88star Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, images, data structures, betting odds and game content — is owned by or licensed to the operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 88star. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88star excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, account access or funds due to technical failures, maintenance windows or force majeure events.
• Inaccuracies in sporting data, odds or market information.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Nothing in these Terms limits 88star's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all cases, 88star's aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88star is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help Users manage their gaming activity and maintain control over their spending. These tools are available at all times and are free to use.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Time limit reminders and hard session caps can be configured to prevent uninterrupted extended play sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are honoured promptly and will not be reversed within the chosen exclusion period.

By registering an account on 88star, you acknowledge that personal data — including identity documents submitted for KYC, financial transaction data and gameplay data — will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to fulfil the operator's legal obligations, including anti-money laundering compliance and age verification requirements.

88star does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed identity verification providers, payment processors and regulatory bodies as required by law.

88star reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

For Pakistani users: Pakistan has specific laws governing gambling activity, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 88star does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan access the Platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
